Ban Mai Thai is my pick here—great service from these folks, and they take American Express. I’ve brought in work groups as well as social ones, large and small, and they’ve catered to the lot. I like Satay Kingdom but in terms of sitting down and feeling comfy, not to mention being able to park in a slightly cheaper part of town (Martin Square or top of Cuba if you really want to be frugal!), I would go for Ban Mai Thai.
