True Wellingtonians are spending the next two weeks inside surrounded by 500 or 800 (if your at the embassy) of their closest friends watching a myriad of excellent films courtesy of those brilliant people at the Film Festival.
After rolling over 30 of them today i can highly recommend the passion fruit and lemon curd ice creams at The Paramount. But do avoid the popcorn at the Embassy, last night it was stale and tasted like cardboard.
My pick for tonight is Li in Fearless http://www.nzff.telecom.co.nz/filmsynopsis.asp?FilmID=2348&Archive=0&RegionID=1&EventID=10&SelectedDate=22-Jul-2006&SessionID=6497 and tomorrow don't miss Shortbus at the Embassy http://www.nzff.telecom.co.nz/filmsynopsis.asp?FilmID=2348&Archive=0&RegionID=1&EventID=10&SelectedDate=22-Jul-2006&SessionID=6497
