The best thing about Borders in Auckland was that it was open until midnight - drunken magazine reading is like, awesome. But given how dead Lambton Quay is after 6pm, I don't know if there'd be any point in it staying open much past 7pm.
Side note to Farmers: why the fuck do you shut at 5.30 when all government people are just escaping their pods? That's laaaaaaaaame.
