Possibly, though it could just be sea clutter. We could often track southerly changes, even those without cloud or rain, by the radar reflections that came from roughened seas and sea spray.

And looking at a recent visible-spectrum satpic, it looks like there's not much, if any, cloud to come in the immediate future. The current aviation forecast has showers from about 10pm, as the second burst of southerly comes through. So far, it's just dropped the temperature off by a degree or two, though the wind chill adds to the effect.
