Drinking liberally

As a fly, I am obviously disgusting and therefore a National voter. But it is entirely possible that you are a better person than me, and you might, therefore, be interested in mingling with others who are that way inclined, which is where this email we received might come in handy:
Drinking Liberally - promoting democracy one pint at a time Like politics? Like drinking? If you answered yes to both these questions then join us for the launch of Drinking Liberally, a fortnightly event aimed at building ties among left-leaning people. So come along on Wednesday, grab yourself a pint and meet our guest speaker Nandor Tanczos, Green MP. WHAT Launch of Drinking Liberally Wellington WHEN 6pm, Wed 21st May WHERE Southern Cross, Abel Smith Street SPEAKER Nandor Tanczos, Green MP CONTACT wellington@drinkingliberally.org

Are they actually offering themselves up, or are people just taking advantage of the fact that there's lots of different spaces there so it's easy to fit a crowd in?
Or just post a comment on Kiwiblog.
I dare ya.
I'm pretty sure even flies aren't prepared to put up with that much shit though.
As Joanna guessed, I thought the Cross would be good for the atmosphere and space. The staff were very accommodating though and as things grow we might look at finding a dedicated area there.
Turnout was fantastic (around 60 people I'm guessing) and Nandor's speech was excellent. A big thanks for publicising it, and thanks to those who made it - photos up on FaceBook soon.
Cheers Wellingtonistas!
Fly, why don't you form a group for right-leaning lushes, such as yourself? You could call it National Drinking Problem.
what about forming a group called 'drinking righteously'
