What do you expect on a Tuesday?

Submitted by The Masked Barfly on Tuesday, 22 Apr 2008.

Well, we expect a $6 lunchtime pizza in the usual standard from where we usually get it and for it to take a reasonable time.

And if it will take a bit longer or won't be as good we expect to be told so. We wouldn't mind, honestly, we just have to plan our lunch hours.

And finally if we complain about the wait or the quality we like to be treated a bit nicer.

So if you really wanted to know "what do you expect on a Tuesday?", that would be it. Thanks for asking.

Look, you have to name and shame here. Don't tease. I have plans for my lunch hour too...

Uh, I know you're The Masked Barfly and everything, but unless you start to give us some specifics, then your public won't know WTF you're on about, think you're a wanker and then completely ignore you.

Same goes for your post about the sick bartender.

Whats the point oh Gossip Goss McGossipson?

Well, if you don't know a place that does $6 pizza specials on Tuesdays, then you probably don't have to worry about it.

I don't think I would worry about $6 pizza anyway, if that's the kind of product and customer service & satisfaction that it delivers.

If it's worth complaining about, it's not worth it at all.

The only place you can get a deliziosi pizza for $6 (€3) in quick time, is Napoli in Italy.

Yeah the problem was it usually is of Napoli quality, hence the complaint. Hmmm, more info, more info...

It's a place in the Cuba Quarter that this website usually only has good things to say about.

There is actually a huge but cryptic clue about the sick bartender in the last sentence of that post. We can't say too much more because of the possibility of legal action towards the employer.

Well if it is the same place I am tinkig iti, I visited it for the first time on Friday night and the pizza was pretty average to be honest. The service was pretty average as well, so I think I may stick with one red dog...

One Red Dog? Nigga, please!

YUCK! One Red Dog has to be the LONGEST wait in town for average pizza. I told the waitress that we were on an hour lunch, plus it wasn't busy AT ALL, and still waited 55 minutes for my pizza (and a salad that had dressing that looked and smelled like vomit).

When asked about it, each time the waitress said it would be right out.

God, it's hot today. I could slay a nice, cold margarita.
