A ques­tion of com­pre­hen­sion:

A sign say­ing “Addressed mail only” on a let­ter­box means:

a) only items specif­i­cal­ly addressed to an occu­pant of the premis­es to be post­ed in the let­ter­box?

b) who knows? Bung the junkmail in any­way?
