Triple Double Trouble is a hil­ari­ous and enga­ging show,  and truly made us care about the char­ac­ters. With a rotat­ing cast of doubles – today’s show is made up of Jonath­an Mandeno & Thomas Bauer, Sarah Ash­ill & Tony Yuile – each night gives you some­thing dif­fer­ent.

Dur­ing our show, each set of doubles mashes up their names into some­thing endear­ing, giv­ing the audi­ence a won­der­ful feel­ing that the two are con­nec­ted and have much exper­i­ence work­ing with each oth­er.

Using time jumps and embody­ing dif­fer­ent char­ac­ters, the audi­ence gets to see a whole rich story with each pair. We watch as a fif­teen year long flat­mate situ­ation turns into a chick­en-filled mar­riage – a hil­ari­ous relief after the first act fol­lowed an online dat­ing situ­ation that went from bad to worse.

The impro­visers are won­der­ful, and we love watch­ing them embody each of the char­ac­ters, build­ing from what their scene mate has offered. An intim­ate ven­ue is anoth­er piece of the puzzle, allow­ing for a mean­ing­ful close-up exper­i­ence.

Once you see what these impro­visers can do, you will want to take some improv classes too!
