And some triv­ia:

  • No one bought us drinks, there­by destroy­ing the whole point of the league and pret­ty much the whole rea­son for the exis­tence of the Welling­ton­ista (get­ting free drinks).
  • The Bowl­ing­ton­ista print­ed their shirts them­selves. Clemenger did not, but still looked very sty­ley.
  • Xero were spot­table by one clever fel­low wear­ing a com­pa­ny shirt.
  • Some­one on the Sil­ver­stripe team used to do the job that I do now.
  • Click­suite had both the high­est and low­est scor­ing indi­vid­ual play­ers — but this is about teams, not indi­vid­u­als. There is no ‘I’ in Well­ng­ton­s­ta Bowl­ng League.
