And some trivia:

  • No one bought us drinks, thereby des­troy­ing the whole point of the league and pretty much the whole reas­on for the exist­ence of the Wel­ling­tonista (get­ting free drinks).
  • The Bow­l­ing­tonista prin­ted their shirts them­selves. Clem­enger did not, but still looked very sty­ley.
  • Xero were spot­table by one clev­er fel­low wear­ing a com­pany shirt.
  • Someone on the Sil­ver­stripe team used to do the job that I do now.
  • Click­suite had both the highest and low­est scor­ing indi­vidu­al play­ers – but this is about teams, not indi­vidu­als. There is no ‘I’ in Wellng­ton­sta Bowlng League.
