TAWA6: not this year

Let’s get the bad news out of the way quickly: we’re not going to be able to bring you the The Annu­al Wel­ling­tonista Awards this year.

This makes us sad.

But Decem­ber is always a damned awk­ward month, and col­lect­ively this year we’re short of sort of avail­able time required in abund­ance to get the TAWAs organ­ised.

We hope to bring you TAWA6 next year. Pre­lim­in­ary thoughts place it mid-year, some­time in those dark and low June and July days before the advent of awe­some August.

Later on this month and through Decem­ber we’ll post a few roundups of the year’s doings.

In the mean­time: keep enjoy­ing Wel­ling­ton. This wind will pass. It always does.
