They say that knowledge is power, and when it comes down to it, knowledge often comes from data. But how do you get the most out of your data? Or how do you get your hands on someone else’s? Find out on Thursday June 28.

Data Without Borders NZ is gathering a network of non-profits, data scientists, and eager volunteers to change the world.

Are you an organisation who wants to collect and analyse data about your practice or field but can’t afford a full time data scientist?

Are you a data scientist / data hacker / statistician who loves to explore data and wants to do some good?

Come join us for our inaugural event on Thur 28 June 6-9pm @ The BizDojo at 38 Vivian in Wellington. We’ll be presenting a case study and encouraging discussion on how data analysis and technology can help NGOs accomplish their mission. We’ll have food and drinks to facilitate exchange of ideas.

There’s a meetup link too if you’re into that sort of thing.
