Wellington Love Letter

by Robyn on November 12, 2010

Wellingtonian Jesse Lewis-Evans was leaving and decided to make a music video to express his love for this fair city.

Jesse was leaving New Zealand. But he didn’t want to leave without making a bit of noise. So take a life long prankster, mix in some free time, 3 guys who work in film, some mild homo eroticism, and just the right amount of sexiness, and what you get is the Wellington Love Letter.

This is off the hook, yo. It involves a froufy pirate shirt, a selection of colourful headbands, man-nipples, ’80s soft rock and the scenic wonders of this fair city.

Watch it and enjoy the love.

More on the video here.

Best. Thing. Ever.

Can I nominate this for Best Contribution to the Internet by a Wellingtonian?

LOVE this! Made me laugh, smile, want to run on the beach, visit the wind turbine, rip my shirt off and dance on the hills of this cool little capital city 🙂

Off to share, share, share the lurve 🙂

Awesome work Jesse and friends – what a parting gift!
