After get­ting in touch with appro­pri­ate peo­ple from Welling­ton City Coun­cil to dis­cuss plans and get per­mis­sion, it has become obvi­ous that par­tic­i­pat­ing in Park(ing) Day is going to be dif­fi­cult.
